Invitation to Tender: Barrack Street Project

Seeking Architectural, Building and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) providers for the completion of works at the new Manchester Care & Repair office and community hub site.

Following feasibility studies and the remedial works phase, we are now procuring services for the completion of works on the Barrack Street Building. We invite suitably qualified and experienced construction and renovation services to fully renovate the Edwardian school building on Barrack Street in Hulme. The objective is to create a sustainable, carbon-neutral office space and community hub for Manchester Care & Repair.

For more information, please download a Procurement Pack, which details the requirements, scope of services, tender submission process, and evaluation criteria.

If you have any questions or would like to arrange a site visit please contact Sean Duggan at tendersbarrackst@careandrepair-manchester.org.uk in the first instance.
